With exclusive access to our charming barn, scenic deck, outdoor patio, and fully-equipped kitchen, your guests will feel right at home. Each event package also includes an on-site facilitator to ensure everything flows seamlessly, so you can focus on enjoying the moment.
Event Package Options
Three-Hour Event – $750
Access to the Barn Commons for up to 50 guests
Use of the full kitchen, full bathroom, barn, deck, patio, and outdoor kitchen
Ideal for intimate gatherings, celebrations, and shorter events
Full-Day Rental – $1,200
Full-day use of all common areas on the property (excludes cottages)
Host up to 50 guests

Perfect for day-long retreats, team gatherings, or milestone celebrations
Overnight Retreat Packages
For multi-day gatherings, our overnight retreat packages allow up to 16 guests to fully immerse themselves in the peaceful surroundings of Big Boy Farm. Enjoy exclusive use of our common areas, along with access to our cozy cottages for a unique retreat experience.
Additional Guests – Overnight retreats can accommodate extra guests for an added fee of $50 per person. Please note that additional guests are responsible for bringing their own tent, sleeping bag, or other sleeping arrangements.
